The magic of Lyra isn’t something you can explain—it’s something you feel. Suspended from the ceiling, this circular steel apparatus invites you to engage your whole body as you explore hangs, balances, and transitions in the air.
Lyra—also known as aerial hoop—is perfect for building strength, mobility, and confidence, while offering endless opportunities for creative expression. Whether you're new to aerial or returning to movement, this apparatus provides a solid, supportive structure that meets you where you're at and helps you go further.
Each class begins with a warm-up designed to prepare your body for the physical demands of the hoop—activating your core, shoulders, and grip. From there, you’ll develop foundational skills like mounts, poses, and flowing transitions, gradually working toward more advanced combos and spinning sequences.
Along the way, you’ll improve your coordination, body awareness, and aerial control in a space that’s supportive, challenging, and community-driven. As your confidence grows, you’ll have opportunities to join group routines, perform on stage, or simply enjoy the satisfaction of mastering new skills.
Whether you’re here for fitness, flow, or the thrill of flight—Lyra is your space to get stronger, express yourself, and rise a little higher each week.

Flying Pole is where aerial arts meet pole athletics—blending the control and strength of static pole with the freedom, swing, and momentum of aerial movement.
Suspended from above, the pole moves with you as you climb, spin, and launch into bold shapes and dynamic transitions. It’s a powerful, full-body workout that builds serious grip strength, core control, and upper body power—while offering a creative and exhilarating way to move through the air.
Classes focus on strong foundations and safe technique, starting with split grips, climbs, and controlled swings. As your strength and confidence grow, you’ll progress into aerial inversions, leg hooks, and momentum-based sequences that challenge both your body and your coordination.
Flying Pole is empowering, energising, and seriously addictive. Whether you’re looking to push your limits, express yourself through movement, or master a new skill with flair—this is your chance to fly.
