Teens Introduction to Flying Pole Workshop
With Aerial Energy Instructor Natasha Collis
Join Instructor Natasha for a 60-minute workshop introducing the exciting world of Flying Pole! You’ll explore foundational holds, spins, and shapes while suspended in the air — all in a fun and supportive environment. This is a great opportunity for aerial students to try a new apparatus and expand their skill set.

Intermediate to advanced students currently training in silks, lyra, hammock, or static pole (Level 3 or higher).

Shoulder Health & Injury Prevention Workshop
With Physiotherapist & Circus Artist Deborah Walker
Join Deborah, a qualified physiotherapist and experienced circus artist, for an educational session designed to support shoulder health and longevity in your aerial or pole training. You’ll gain valuable insights into shoulder anatomy, injury prevention, and practical exercises to maintain strong, resilient shoulders.
Open to Aerial Energy students and the wider aerial/pole community.

Learn a mini routine to music in just 60 minutes!
This winter holiday workshop is all about musicality, movement, and making your lyra flow. Rather than focusing on flashy tricks, you’ll explore how to connect poses, transitions, and spins into a seamless and expressive short routine — all set to music.
Perfect for teens looking to develop style, rhythm, and confidence on the hoop.

Teens Dynamic Hammock Drops Workshop
Ages 11–17 years
Ready to add some excitement to your aerial skills? This intermediate hammock workshop focuses on dynamic drops and smooth transitions in aerial aerial. Perfect for teens looking to build flow, control, and confidence with expressive drops.
Prerequisites:
Currently attending a Level 3 or higher silks or lyra class (Intermediate) and have completed a Single Star Drop.
