Aerial SILKS
-
Aerial Silks features two long tails of fabric suspended from above. With these, you'll learn to climb high, create beautiful wraps, and unlock gravity-defying moves like footlocks, inversions, and dramatic drops that look as incredible as they feel.
Each class kicks off with a heart-pumping warm-up and flexibility training to get your body moving and ready for flight. From there, you’ll be guided through technique, tricks, and transitions that build both strength and confidence. It’s a full-body workout that boosts endurance, coordination, and core power—while keeping things creative and seriously fun.
As you progress, you'll have the chance to take your skills to the stage with performance opportunities and even competitions for those ready to soar.
Aerial LYRA
-
Lyra—also known as aerial hoop—is a circular steel apparatus that lets you spin, sway, and sculpt shapes in the air. With its solid structure and endless possibilities, Lyra is perfect for building strength and confidence while exploring your own unique movement style. From elegant poses to dynamic combos and spinning sequences, there's always something new to master.
Each class begins with a warm-up to fire up your muscles and build the flexibility and endurance needed for the hoop. You'll then work through skills like mounts, hangs, balances, and transitions—all while building serious upper body and core strength. It’s a fun and challenging way to improve body awareness, coordination, and aerial control.
As you grow more confident, you’ll have the opportunity to join group routines, stage performances, and even aerial competitions. Whether you're drawn to the grace of slow spins or the thrill of dynamic drops, Lyra is your playground in the sky—where strength meets artistry, and every session takes you one step higher.
Aerial Hammock
-
Aerial Hammock is where movement meets magic. This soft, looped fabric supports you as you move through graceful poses, upside-down balances, and dynamic sequences.
In each class, you’ll work on building core strength, flexibility, and body awareness through inversions, wraps, and slack balance skills. As your confidence grows, you'll start to explore flowing choreography, creative expression, and momentum-based moves that test control and coordination. It’s a full-body workout that builds strength from the inside out—while keeping movement fun, freeing, and deeply satisfying.
Whether you're here to move mindfully, gain performance experience, or simply find your own rhythm in the air, hammock offers space for it all. It’s supportive, expressive, and uniquely yours—no matter where you’re starting from.
Flying Pole
-
Flying Pole is where aerial arts meet pole athletics—combining the strength and control of static pole with the freedom and momentum of aerial movement. Suspended from above, the pole moves with you as you climb, spin, and launch into powerful shapes and transitions. It’s bold, dynamic, and an incredible way to build both skill and confidence in the air.
Classes focus on solid technique and body mechanics, starting with the basics like split grips, climbs, and controlled swings. As you grow stronger, you’ll work toward aerial inversions, leg hook hangs, and momentum-based tricks that challenge your coordination and push your limits. It’s a full-body workout that’s as energising as it is empowering—hello grip strength, core control, and serious upper body gains!
For teens who love to move with power and creativity, Flying Pole opens the door to performance and competition opportunities that are truly next level. Whether you’re here to defy gravity, express yourself, or just try something totally unique—Flying Pole is your launchpad.
